The perfect trip for those who want to be in touch with nature. 4 days of desert, a small group and a lot of fun and get into the game. Funny routes, technical but never dangerous. The right way to taste the real desert.
PROGRAM
Saturday 26/04:
Meeting in Genoa at 11.30, completion of boarding and departure at 15.00.
Sunday 27/04:
Arrival in Tunis at around 15.30, completion of customs formalities and transfer to Hammamet. Dinner and overnight stay in 4* Hotel.
Monday 28/04:
Departure to Ksar Ghilane where we arrive in the afternoon; accommodation in a campsite.
From Tuesday 29/04 to Friday 02/05:
4 fantastic days in the Tunisian Erg! We walk along the highest ropes of the Erg in a southerly direction towards Bir Aouine, trying to stay on the ridge before climbing up other tracks always far from the usual circuits. After 3 bivouacs in the desert, on Friday we reach the camp of Zmela where we will stay in tents and enjoy a good typical dinner.
Saturday 03/05:
We start calmly from the camp of Zmela, saluting the desert and heading towards the mountains and the Berber towns of Chenini, Toujane and Matmata. Chenini for its beauty and historical importance has been recognized as a UNESCO Heritage. Arrival in Matmata, dinner and overnight in hotel with “troglodite” rooms.
Sunday 04/05:
We arrived at the end of our trip in Tunisia, wake up early to take the highway to Tunis where we will arrive in the afternoon. Start of boarding and departure procedures ship 20.00.
Monday 05/05:
Navigation – arrival to Genoa foreseen for the 22.00.
Participation fee: 750,00 euro/person
INDICATIVE cost ferry ticket:
2 people + 1 car (within 190cm) + 1 cabin 960,00 euro (to be confirmed at the time of accession)
Possible extra height (car over 190 cm): 35,00 euro per route
Insurance and registration: 35,00 euro/ per person
Single crew supplement: 300,00 euro
