Carbon OTA Waterproof air box

Description

It is an engine air intake and filtering kit. The device consists of an oval-shaped air box in carbon fiber containing a cylindrical air filter with dynamic intake.
Traditionally, the original air-boxes of the cars operate in a condition in which the air is drawn by the engine “depression speed”, through ducts with a reduced section, a condition in which the pressure drops along the intake line are high.

The OTA device with dynamic intake acts in “pressure regime”, guaranteeing the engine a constant and high supply of air, exploiting the dynamic effect of air pressure.
The air filter contained inside the air-box consists of regenerable and reusable multilayer filter material.
Once the saturation level is reached, it is possible to regenerate the filter through a washing process.

The main technical characteristics are:

1. Oval shape of the airbox designed to allow high versatility in the installation of the device.
2. High thermal insulation from heat sources by means of a five-layer “real” carbon fiber air box.
3. Air filter with regenerable filter material which guarantees high filtration efficiency with reduced pressure drops.
4. Air-box with sealing system designed to guarantee the best sealing between the components, guaranteeing
   the pressure seal of the device at all speeds.
