Il Kit permette un rialzo  di circa 8 cm sull’asse anteriore e di 9,5 cm sull’asse posteriore.

Nel reparto molle al posteriore la scelta è ricaduta sul prodotto al top della nostra produzione il “TPS”, composto dal noto sistema a tre molle due delle quali sovrapposte e una  interna, e all’anteriore due molle caratterizzate da una corsa di livello superiore unita ad un’ottima resistenza elastica.

Si ottiene così un’escursione di ben 820mm del ponte posteriore  e di 700mm del ponte anteriore, assicurando, massima motricità in fuoristrada unita ad un controllo dinamico del mezzo in velocità eccezionale.

 

 

 

Description

From mud to rock to the extreme: Maximum control.

These were the guidelines that marked the project of Mud Rocks Extreme. The structure designed to face any obstacle, in any extreme off-road situation, with unknown safety and efficacy.
The lift kit allows a rise of about 8 cm at the front axle and 9.5 cm at the rear axle.
In the spring department at the rear, the choice fell on the top product of our catalogue, the “TPS”, made up of the well-known system with three coil springs, two of which are superimposed and one internal, and at the front two coil springs characterized by a higher level combined stroke excellent elastic resistance.

This results in an excursion of 820mm at the rear axle and 700mm at the front axle, ensuring maximum offroad traction combined with dynamic control of the vehicle at exceptional speed.

 

To contribute predominantly to the performance of the lift kit there are four single-tube shock absorbers with a 50mm diameter alloy steel body with a 20mm diameter anti-scratch stem, with heads machined from solid ERGAL in which are housed bonded silent-blocks, to ensure the correct functioning of the shock absorber, at any degree of rotation allowed by the lift kit. But we wanted to offer you more, we wanted to create a structure that would transform the soft Land into a car that would attack the road, which would allow you long transfers from one offroad journey to another without any problem, which would allow you to start a docile one on Monday utilitarian. Restoring all the characteristic angles of the vehicle was a must here is therefore articulated front trailing arms with caster angle plus 4°, the angled rear tailing arms allow the correct work of the silent-block and ensure greater excursion, the panhard bar adjustable with uni-ball to realign the axles and not least the front double cardan drive shaft.
