The HDC100-25 differential represents the spearhead of our new line of reinforced transmissions for Land Rover called “SHD”.
Conceived for the most extreme competitions, it is designed with unique features; it is produced with a certified production line made up of expert operators and strict quality control processes.
Made with high-strength steel case with the use of the new “Aerotech2” material and designed with anti-crack profiles to ensure new standards of mechanical resistance. The differential unit is of the type with four satellites and oversized pins with pneumatic locking (operating pressure of 5 bar). Also new is the pneumatic actuator used, which is of the Rotary-joint type but today in the “Floatting” version that allows simple installation and perfect pneumatic sealing. The “Rotary Joint” actuation system has always been our first choice as an air intake system because it is the smallest of the various actuator systems that can be used, leaving more space for the dimensions of the planetary and of the locking gear, both the biggest on the market to the advantage of resistance and the ability to transmit torque.
Particularly accurate in mechanical processing, in surface treatments as in couplings, it uses particular shims in anti-chip alloy for less wear of the moving parts.
Very easy to install, supported by a photographic manual that follows the operator step-by-step during the installation.
