Description

The axle shafts of the SHD line are designed as an upgrade for the vehicles equipped with 35-37” tires. We build with an extremely high strength aerospace-derived alloy steel, with anti-crack profiles and induced breaking points to avoid breakage of other parts and maximize replacement speed. They have a torsion coefficient of up to 80%, made with cutting-edge machinery, which guarantee flawless workmanship. Very accurate in the “multy-step” heat treatments, which include heating in the oven and cooling in the bath of molten salts to obtain a surface hardness of up to 50 HRC but capable of remaining extremely elastic, for better resistance to fatigue.
